3. Communication: Maintain positive and effective communication with passengers, school staff, and the transportation team. Address inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
4. Emergency Response: Be prepared to assist in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of passengers.
5. Behavior Management: Monitor and manage passenger behavior during transit, promoting a respectful and safe environment.
6. Special Needs Assistance: Provide additional assistance to passengers with special needs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with the driver and other team members to ensure a smooth and coordinated travel experience.

Requirements:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Patience and empathy, especially when dealing with students and passengers with special needs.
3. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
4. Physical ability to assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs.
5. Previous experience as a passenger assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
6. Understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures.
